His passion is creating clarity and alignment around a vision, which helps businesses attract and retain talent, promotes data-driven decisions, generates consistency and scalability, inspires focus, discipline, and accountability throughout an organization.
What led him to discover the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) was his passion for finding the best business system, tools & disciplines to help business leaders and their companies become really great. Having worked with numerous operating systems, he found EOS to be proven, simple, agile, comprehensive and when implemented effectively, it generates powerful results.
He is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, both professionally and personally. Over the years he has acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience running entrepreneurial businesses, leading small and large organizations, while working with executives and leadership teams across a variety of industries.
