ABOUT JOSEPH
Joseph leads the Wealth Planning & Advice group for JP Morgan Wealth Management in Texas and New Mexico. Joseph is a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® professional and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor® and serves as a subject matter expert for significant clients of JP Morgan Advisors and Chase Private Client on sophisticated estate planning; business succession and exit planning; impactful estate, gift and income tax reduction strategies; executive stock option management; management of concentrated positions; family dynamics and governance; and philanthropic strategies. Joseph is a dynamic and engaging speaker and enjoys the challenge of explaining complex issues for clients in easily understandable terms. Joseph has over 25 years of experience as a trusts and estates lawyer and is a board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Joseph earned his law degree from Berkeley Law (University of California Berkeley School of Law) where he was an editor of the California Law Review. Joseph earned his undergraduate degree in the history of art from the University of California, Riverside. To attain CPWA® certification, Joseph successfully completed the Yale School of Management's CPWA® Certification Program, "Wealth Management Theory & Practice."
