Meet Jordan Gerber:
JORDAN GERBER is a leading M&A advisor for middle market companies, with a mission of helping business owners navigate the complex landscape to help sell their business.
Jordan has successfully started and sold several businesses as a financial and operational leader with more than 25 years of experience across a diverse set of industries. Jordan’s expertise as a certified public accountant allows him to achieve maximum profitability for his clients. Jordan has a strong track record of helping clients close transactions and accomplish the best possible outcomes. Jordan also excels at financial reporting, projections, and valuations to help clients determine actual cash flow and profitability.
Prior to joining Caber Hill Advisors, Jordan started a turnaround consulting firm, collection agency and an outsource CFO business. As a business owner Jordan was able to experience the positives and pitfalls that all business owners go through. All three of these companies were successfully sold by Jordan. As an outsource CFO for numerous middle market companies, Jordan has had the opportunity to help owners successfully sell their companies to both strategic and private equity buyers.
Jordan holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois and has been a CPA since 1992. Jordan lives in Deerfield, IL with his wife and two children. Jordan enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams and playing golf.
