Meet Ben McCormack:
Ben McCormack, Commercial Analyst in Key's Middle Market Specialty Finance group, supports KeyBank's nationwide ESOP banking practice. Ben works closely with sales leaders, relationship managers, and credit officers from various lines of business within the Bank, providing specialty guidance and structuring expertise for transactions involving ESOP companies.
Prior to joining KeyBank in 2021, Ben began his career in commercial banking at Huntington National Bank (HNB), supporting the Bank's middle market clientele. While at HNB, Ben completed formal credit and corporate finance training programs and developed skills in underwriting, credit analysis, financial modeling, portfolio management, and financial statement analysis.
Ben holds a BSBA from Ohio State University. He is an active member of The ESOP Association and The National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO).
