He has represented numerous entities in mergers and acquisitions in the form of stock-swaps, asset purchases, and leveraged buyouts in deals in excess of $20M in industries including tech, insurance, franchises, and medical practices. He has assisted companies with capital raises and creative financing options in amounts in excess of $20M. At the individual level, Jared assists clients with planning and protecting their legacy through estate planning and other probate work.
