Colleen Ferrary is the Founder and CEO of Peak Fractional Leadership & Advisory Group, a firm that embeds fractional operators and advisory teams into private equity, venture capital, and family office portfolio companies to accelerate value creation. With more than 20 years of experience spanning Fortune 500 enterprises, M&A, multiple exits, and board service, Colleen has led teams of more than 5,000 people and managed P&Ls in excess of $500M. She began her career at Target Corporation leading multi-unit, cross-state operations, later serving as President of Small Business USA where she managed the acquisition and growth of multiple companies. LEAN-certified and a graduate of MIT Sloan’s program in AI Integration with Business Strategy, Colleen is an expert in workforce strategy, AI-driven efficiencies, and business turnarounds who delivers fast, measurable impact when it matters most.
