Aaron Brand is currently the Vice President of Business Development at TAB Bank, specializing in ABL and Factoring, a position they have held since 2026. Prior to this, Aaron served as Vice President of Business Development at Iron Horse Credit from 2025 to 2026 and at First Business Bank from 2023 to 2025. They also have extensive experience in leadership roles, including EVP of Business Development at LQD Business Finance from 2018 to 2021 and Head of Business Development at Founders First Capital Partners from 2021 to 2023. Aaron's earlier career includes serving as Assistant Vice President - Underwriter at GMAC Commercial Finance and holding a Vice President position at eCapital LLC. They earned a BA in Business Economics from the University at Albany in 2000.
