Meet Kelly Cousineau:
For over 20 years, Kelly provided training and consulting services to corporations, primarily strategic planning and business process improvement. Over and over she noticed that people often know what they should do, but they have hidden obstacles that keep them from moving forward. This was the impetus for her transition into coaching.
Kelly works with leaders to address the unique challenges they face while building their businesses. She partners with them to overcome the obstacles that get in their way. As their coach, she pushes them forward when needed and always encourages their progress. Kelly has worked with leaders and their teams in many industries, such as: Manufacturing, Food Production, Hospitality, Financial Planning, Marketing & Promotion, Construction Management, Health Care, Non-Profit Services, Ministries, and Churches.
Kelly’s educational background is Aeronautical Engineering and Computer Science, and she enjoys the occasional reference to her as a Rocket Scientist. While these functional disciplines aren’t a core part of her services, she relies on the fundamentals to quickly understand nuances of her clients’ businesses.
