ABOUT NICK

Meet Nick Good:

Nick Good has helped people buy and sell companies since 2013, and in 2021, he started NBG Capital, which applies the M&A process to known-party situations where buyer and seller already have an idea of the party/parties with which they would like to transact. In addition, Nick continues to run projects as a subcontractor on behalf of Rua Associates and NuVescor, where he worked prior to starting NBG Capital. Nick’s primary services include working with qualified buyers and sellers to provide strategic direction throughout the transaction process, including financial modeling, deal structuring, negotiating, and coordinating the transfer of ownership from sellers to buyers.

Prior to returning to Grand Rapids in 2013, Nick lived in Boston with his wife and worked for both a boutique private equity firm and a leading financial services company. Nick received his bachelor’s degree in Business from Calvin University and his MBA in finance from Boston College. He is on the leadership team of the Exit Planning Institute’s West Michigan chapter and has coached high school and collegiate lacrosse and serves as a drummer for his church.
