As a Merrill Financial Advisor and CEPA, I work with privately held business to help them prepare for major transitions, strengthen personal financial readiness, and plan for life beyond the business.
I'm not involved in negotiating deals. My focus is what happens after the deal closes - when the salary, distributions, and control of the business income disappear.
Most owners spend years building enterprise value. Very few build a clear plan to replace the income that business provides.
My work centers on five areas of transition readiness:

2. Stress-testing retirement cash flow before the sale
