Duane is skilled in coaching value acceleration, helping businesses get RightValueReady™ for any future event. He is skilled in tax minimization with business sales and wealth protection. In 2002, he started his own firm serving great savers, high net worth individuals and business owners. In 2017, his firm branded as Signal Wealth Advisors and later became the Salt Lake Office of Carson Wealth (Carson). In June 2025, he closed on his own transition, selling to Carson Group Holdings, LLC (Carson). 


Duane is a 40-year CPA working under a fiduciary standard in serving his clients. He is rigorously and continually trained as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor ® (CEPA®), a CPA/PFS, and Insurance Producer. He has a breadth of knowledge and prides himself in honoring stringent ethical standards while providing an objective, holistic, and comprehensive service for the families and business owners he serves. Coaching, Clarity and Confidence are his three Cs. He is passionate about helping business owners get their business RightValueReady, while reducing the owner’s burdens. You define freedom.
