Ashli is a Founding Partner and CEO of Structiv and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) with over three decades of experience leading and scaling small to mid-sized technology companies.
She has built and exited multiple businesses, including one transaction with private equity and another with a family office. Ashli’s early career was focused on the buy-side, including 28 founder-led purchases. She brings firsthand experience across the full lifecycle of a business, from growth through transition and beyond.
Ashli has worked closely with business owners and leadership teams to navigate complex decisions, reduce risk, and position businesses for stronger outcomes. Her perspective is grounded in both operating experience and direct involvement in transactions, giving her a clear view of what drives successful transitions and where they often fall short.
She is passionate about helping business owners grow and transition their businesses with clarity, structure, and most importantly, without regret.
