ABOUT CRYSTAL

Crystal Wilson is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) and Managing Director of People & Productivity at Good Apple. She partners with founders and leadership teams to build the clarity, leadership depth, and operating systems that increase enterprise value and expand future options.

Her work focuses on preparing both the business and the owner for transition by strengthening team accountability, reducing key person dependency, improving decision-making rhythms, and aligning personal goals with long-term strategy. Through Good Apple’s Smart Business Framework and the Exit Planning Institute’s Value Acceleration Methodology, Crystal helps organizations move from reactive growth to intentional value creation.

Crystal collaborates closely with financial advisors, CPAs, attorneys, and other CEPAs to ensure exit strategies are financially sound and organizationally ready. She believes exit planning is ultimately about stewardship, building a business that serves the owner’s life, not the other way around.
