Meet Andrew Bennett:
Andrew Bennett is a Director and West Region Manager for the Real Estate Structured Finance Group at Bank of America. His production responsibilities focus on the origination of floating and fixed rate, non-recourse, CMBS and balance sheet debt throughout the United States. For over 20 years Andrew has worked for Bank of America in commercial real estate finance and while currently based in Seattle, WA, he has also spent time in San Francisco, CA, Newport Beach, CA and New York, NY.
Andrew has a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Washington State University and is currently a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Andrew is a Pacific Northwest native and lives in Edmonds, WA with his wife and two young (6 and 4) children.
