Louise Nemschoff is a Los Angeles-based attorney with over 35 years of experience in entertainment and copyright law, representing clients in film, television, publishing, animation, digital media, and transmedia both domestically and internationally. Admitted in California and formerly enrolled as a solicitor in England and Wales, she has advised on finance, distribution, production, co-productions, agency, and licensing. Ms. Nemschoff frequently speaks at international film festivals and conferences, mediates industry and IP disputes, and serves on the IFTA International Arbitration Tribunal and Legal Committee. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Southwestern Law School, teaching video game law, and has been active in numerous professional organizations, including the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers.
