ABOUT MICHAEL
Michael’s 25 years of experience in financial services bring a unique perspective to his client base. Before his time as an advisor to private clients, Michael spent two decades in institutional equity sales advising professional money managers, insurance companies and hedge fund clients. His work with these clients focused on providing investment advice to fiduciaries entrusted to manage large sums of money and assisting in the capital formation process for companies accessing the public markets. At Raymond James, Michael uses his experience in both private client and institutional equities to address the complexities of ultra-affluent individuals and families that have grown to expect personal family office-level services. Michael joined Raymond James in 2024 after two years with UBS. He received his B.A. from DePaul University with a degree in accounting, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business. Michael holds two certifications, the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation and the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) accreditation. Michael is actively involved in numerous groups including ProVisors, XPX, the Exit Planning Institute’s Chicago Chapter, the Galway group and the Northeast Illinois West Point Parent’s Club. Michael lives in LaGrange, Illinois, with his wife Stefanie and their kids, Andrew (the Ohio State ’23), Cooper (West Point ’26) and Camille (Auburn ’27) whom are all now away from home, pursuing their personal goals. When not in the office, he enjoys paddle tennis and golf.
