Matt is a seasoned entrepreneur and certified exit planning advisor who brings a unique blend of real-world CEO experience and disciplined strategic frameworks to owners preparing for transition. As the Founder and CEO of Landcore Engineering, he spent nearly two decades scaling the business through multiple economic cycles—building a strong leadership team, expanding service lines, and professionalizing operations.


Matt used EOS® inside Landcore to reduce day-to-day dependence on himself, dramatically increasing enterprise value and giving him the freedom to pursue other passions.
