An investment banking veteran with hands-on experience in family business operations and management consulting, Mike Norton appreciates the unique needs of closely held businesses and their trusted advisors. A natural problem solver and connector, he leads CSG Partners' business development efforts in the Southeast US. Mike joined CSG's ESOP practice after spending more than a decade working on underwriting, structuring, and raising capital for transactions that yielded over $3 billion in value. A former Vice President at Pritchard Griffin Advisors, an energy and infrastructure-focused investment bank, Mike has also led strategy and sales efforts at Salient, Invesco, and Edward Jones. His extensive professional network encompasses top commercial banks, private lenders, and thought leaders across various industries and professional disciplines. Based in South Florida, Mike is an Advisory Board Member at Uplift, a renewable technology company, and serves as President of his HOA. He's an avid tennis player and traveler. He holds Series 7 and 63 Securities Licenses.
