Debbie is the Owner of Legacy Tax & Consulting LLC.
She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State
University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Exit Planning Advisor
(CEPA), a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA),
the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), and the Pennsylvania
Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
With over 30 years of CPA experience, she specializes in providing exceptional tax and
consulting services, focusing on exceeding client expectations and fostering lasting
relationships. Her clients are more than just clients; they are partners in achieving
lasting legacies.
She is skilled in the areas of state, local, federal, international taxation, business
sales/acquisitions and much more. Debbie dares to be different, thinking outside the
box to provide outstanding tax services tailored to help optimize her clients’ financial
outcomes and legacy planning.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her family. She
also enjoys biking, hiking, pickleball, bocce, and golf, as well as attending any type of
