GROWTH & IMPACT WEEK SPEAKER LINEUP

The speakers at Growth and Impact Week are award-winning advisors, operators, and thought leaders who don’t just understand growth and impact, they execute it. Each speaker has been selected for their ability to translate methodology into real-world implementation, sharing how they’ve built in-demand practices through intentional, ROI-driven relationships with business owners. Expect candid perspectives, practical frameworks, and honest discussion around what works in today’s market,  from client selection and trust-building to accountability, culture, and value creation. This is not a stage of theorists; it’s a room of practitioners committed to helping you apply what you learn and accelerate results in your firm.

ABOUT LEAH

As a wife, mother, and community volunteer, helping others and making my community a better place is an important part of my life. As a financial advisor, I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals through attentive service and personalized financial strategies. This year marks my 20th year of employment with Edward Jones. I initially began my career in client service, then earned my securities licenses and later decided to become a financial advisor to pursue my passion of helping people plan and create the financial futures they envision.

In 2024, my family (comprised of my husband, Mike, and our two sons, Reid and Sam) relocated to Liberty Lake for the opportunity to take over the office of a retiring financial advisor. We are life-long Washingtonians, and prior to this move, we lived and raised our family in central Washington. My family has deep roots in Spokane County, where my grandparents owned and operated a farm in the Mount Hope area near Fairfield. My sister and her family now reside there as the 4th and 5th generation on the homestead.

I am the daughter of entrepreneurs and understand the complex needs of business owners. Back in Ephrata, my family was actively involved in the volunteer fire department for 19 years, and my husband has joined Newman Lake Fire Rescue as a volunteer to serve our new community. I am a member of the Liberty Lake Centennial Rotary Club, where I serve as Co-chair for the Memorial Day Pancake Breakfast that raises funds for Honor Flight Inland Northwest, a member of CougsFirst!, and was appointed to the City of Liberty Lake Community Engagement Commission.

In my free time, I enjoy: spending time with my family, the great outdoors, cooking, arts and crafts, reading, volunteering, and running with my two dogs.

My branch office administrator, Chloe Ramirez, joined the team in December 2024. She was born and raised in the Couer d'Alene/Post Falls area, attended North Idaho College, and has previous experience working in a tax accounting office and various customer service roles. Chloe is friendly and organized and goes the extra mile for our clients.

I believe in putting the best interests of my clients first and strive to build long-lasting relationships based on transparency and a deep understanding of what is important to you. Let's work together to navigate your financial journey!
