Ryan began his career in financial services at UMB Bank in 2006, later advancing to its private wealth division and obtaining Series 7, 66, and Life & Health licenses. Subsequent wealth advisor roles further fueled his passion for financial planning and bringing solutions to complex needs of high-net-worth clients with an emphasis on women investors, LGBTQ+ community, and business owners. Ryan joined Mercer Advisors in 2024. He holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor® and Certified Exit Planning Advisor designations reflecting his commitment to consulting and management of 401(k) and ERISA plans; and educating business owners on exit options by collaborating with seasoned, multi- disciplinary professionals to support their success. Outside of work you’ll find him spending time with his wife, four kids, and cats in Kansas City, MO.
