I love working with small business owners and entrepreneurs. Through my work as a Certified Value Builder®, EOS® Implementer, and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) I help entrepreneurial business leaders “connect the dots” and drive value.  

 

I have a 25-year track record of success working with diverse organizations. Over the years, I have worked in multiple leadership positions overseeing sales and sponsorship, driving revenue upwards to 13 million; leading the charge on 14 magazine publications, and most recently serving as the Executive Director and Chief of Staff of a multi-million dollar nonprofit. I bring to my current work each one of these unique experiences to drive solutions and solve problems. 


I understand the challenges and obstacles business leaders encounter every day. Working with owners, I help them see their business in a new light—and execute a simple set of tools and principles to identify root causes before they become problems, place the right people in the right seats, and align every employee toward the same goals. I instill accountability and discipline. I provide tools to measure progress against meaningful metrics and build trust through thoughtful and direct feedback. I pride myself on giving the leaders I work with relief and freedom, to grow in the right direction.
