ABOUT AMANDA
Most successful businesses don’t struggle because something is broken — they strain because responsibility and capital quietly concentrate in one place.
As a Strategic Capital Advisor, I work with founders, family business owners, and entrepreneurs who carry the unseen weight of growth. Over time, decisions, oversight, and financial responsibility collect with the owner — not because they seek control, but because they care deeply about how things are done. My role is to help redistribute that responsibility and realign capital so the business operates with greater clarity and independence.
Through RTB Capital Group, I help owners reclaim capital lost to tax inefficiencies while strengthening long-term owner independence. By aligning tax strategy with how the business actually operates, and working collaboratively with their CPA and advisory team, I guide disciplined implementation — ensuring strategy moves beyond conversation into measurable progress and reduced dependence on the owner.
Through RTB Advisors, I provide business and financial services with a specialty in pension planning for small businesses. Structured pension strategies allow owners to intentionally redirect tax dollars into long-term security — strengthening retirement readiness while creating flexibility for future exit options.
Rather than separating tax strategy, pension planning, operations, and exit readiness into disconnected conversations, I help owners see how capital flows through all of it. When financial strategy and operational structure are aligned, the business becomes more stable, scalable, and sustainable — and the owner regains independence.
As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and Enrolled Agent (EA), I bring deep experience in tax strategy and exit readiness. But the heart of my work is helping owners create capital efficiency, shared responsibility, and long-term independence — so they are no longer carrying everything alone.
I especially enjoy working with founders, family business owners, and entrepreneurs who care deeply about how their business operates — leaders who value stewardship over shortcuts, clarity over complexity, and long-term strength over reactive decisions. They don’t just want growth; they want stability, alignment, and a business that supports both their family and their future.
