Chris Badger is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of experience providing strategic CFO advisory services, financial reporting, and accounting solutions. As a Partner at NOW CFO since 2014 and a CFO Solutions Director at Haynie & Company, Chris has led teams across the western U.S., supporting businesses through GAAP and accrual conversions, audit and tax preparation, cash flow analysis, and M&A transactions. He also specializes in recruiting and placing accounting professionals at all levels. A CPA and experienced Becker CPA Review instructor, Chris brings deep expertise in Financial Reporting, Audit, and Regulations. He holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance and a BA in Accounting from the University of Utah.
