SPEAKER BIO(S) Alex Brandon is a Senior Manager in KPMG LLP’s Economic and Valuation Services Practice. He has extensive experience in providing financial advisory and valuation services to middle market and large, multinational clients. His experience encompasses a broad spectrum of industries, including healthcare, professional sports, technology, manufacturing and distribution, telecommunications, and consumer products. Alex is a member of KPMG’s Valuation Services Technical Committee and has over 15 years of financial advisory and valuation experience. He is Accredited in Business Valuation through the AICPA and earned an MBA and a BSBA from the University of Missouri. Scott Molos is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Business Tax Services group. He has extensive experience providing tax compliance, planning and consulting across a broad spectrum of business including family offices, partnerships, funds and public companies. His experience encompasses a broad spectrum of industries, including energy, professional services, technology, real estate, and consumer products. Scott has 14 years of experience in public accounting, is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and Missouri Society of CPAs, and earned his masters in accounting from the University of Arizona.
