Eric has over 25 years of experience with a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from two guys in a garage to Fortune 1000 companies; including family owned businesses, closely held corporations and entrepreneurs. His buyer pool includes financial, industry, strategic, family office and private equity prospects. Eric has extensive experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Service, Technology, Internet, e-Commerce, Software, Hardware, Health Care, Franchises and Food & Beverage related businesses as well as other industries. Client companies typically have revenues of $1MM-$30MM. Eric’s clients benefit from his broad experience of improving economic results by implementing individualized market strategy, operational and financial reviews, profitability enhancement, innovative problem solving, strategic positioning and astute negotiations. Eric’s proprietary methodology drives value to his clients’ company and maximizes business attractiveness to prospective buyers.
