ABOUT DAVID
David Raygoza screens prospective investment opportunities, assists with due diligence for new transactions and monitors portfolio companies in close coordination with senior team members. He joined Caltius Structured Capital in 2023 from PNC Business Credit, where he managed, underwrote, and originated asset-based and leveraged cash flow loans to middle-market businesses, financing acquisitions, growth, leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. David received his B.A. with Honors in Economics and Business Administration from Whittier College and is a CFA charterholder. Caltius Structured Capital (“CSC”) provides minority equity and debt capital solutions designed to help owners maintain control of their business. CSC typically invests between $7 to $50 million of capital across a variety of transaction types which include growth capital, shareholder liquidity, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, refinancings, and management/leveraged buyouts.
