ABOUT JEN
Jennifer Briggs is a contract executive, board director, and leadership strategist with over two decades of experience across executive management, HR, and organizational development. She serves as Board Chair of the National Center for Employee Ownership and as an independent corporate board member for PFSbrands, Brinkman Construction, and BIVAR. She previously chaired GISinc and served on the board of Engineering Economics. Her leadership path includes over a decade at New Belgium Brewing as VP of Organizational Development, turnaround CEO at Modern Times Brewing, CXO with Karl Strauss Brewing, and consulting roles with the Beyster Institute at UC San Diego. She is also a founding partner of GRITT Business Coaching and an Executive Fellow at Rutgers University. Jennifer holds an M.S. in Organizational Leadership, with additional studies in project management and behavioral economics. She’s a frequent guest on podcasts exploring leadership, ownership, and culture in business.
