Manoj was born and raised in Hong Kong, received a bachelor's degree in Business and MIS from the University of Jamestown, North Dakota, and joined Calhoun Companies in 2000. Manoj utilizes a consultative approach to sales, helping sellers maximize the value of their business during a sale while helping buyers identify profitable companies they can capitalize and strategically grow. With over 16 years of experience, Manoj’s high energy, focused drive, strong work ethic, and excellent communications skills have made him consistently one of the Top Business Brokers in the company. He has a desire to see a win/win transaction consummated for the buyer and seller. Manoj has proven systems in place which have successfully matched hundreds of buyers and sellers in a variety of industries.

During his time off, he loves traveling with his family. Manoj lives in Eden Prairie with his wife and three daughters and is active in his church and community.
