Tim Hughes cultivates both direct and indirect M&A client engagements specific to lower-middle-market sized companies. With a client first approach, Tim and Align provide a white glove M&A support apparatus with a robust company infrastructure that delivers its clients successful transaction outcomes. Prior to joining Align Business Advisory Services in 2021, Tim was an operator who held various front line and business development roles in family-owned, strategic, & venture capital backed organizations where each completed numerous M&A transactions. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida where he was an All-American swimmer and an M.B.A. from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
