ABOUT TYLER
Tyler Dingman is a seasoned corporate finance professional, bringing over 9 years of investment banking and accounting experience. Throughout his career, Tyler has advised on over a $1 billion in transaction value for public corporations, privately held companies and family-owned businesses across a variety of industries. At Align, Tyler manages the marketing and negotiation of client engagements, working alongside his business development and deal fulfillment peers to generate and close transactions. Prior to joining Align, Tyler held various positions at Genesis Capital, an independent investment bank focused on M&A advisory. He started his career in public accounting at Deloitte. Tyler holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Florida State University and master’s in accounting from the University of Florida.
