Victor began his career in personal production and qualified for Rookie of
the Year, MDRT, the National Quality Award from NAIFA. He
transitioned to management role where he recruited, trained, mentored
and developed advisors and then a point-of-sale wholesale distribution
role for a national broker-dealer and RIA.
