Steve has over 30 years of sell-side M&A, capital sourcing, private equity, investment management, and executive management experience. He has worked extensively with middle-market companies as an investment banker, executive, and investor. Steve’s significant investment banking experience has always been focused on mergers and acquisitions, private placements of equity, and debt financings, and value enhancement strategies for privately owned companies. His transactional experience is complemented by operational roles as Chief Financial Officer for a healthcare services company, a fintech company, a family office, a real estate development and management company, a distribution company, and numerous CFO consulting clients.
