Rachel Packer is a partner in Blank Rome's corporate practice. She concentrates her practice on mergers & acquisitions, strategic investments, and business and corporate law, including: Mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; Private equity funds and their portfolio companies; Strategic investments and joint ventures; Venture capital funding transactions; and A variety of general business matters, including commercial agreements, and business formation and planning. Rachel regularly represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies, privately held businesses, strategic investors, and entrepreneurs in connection with M&A and private capital-raising transactions. Rachel also serves as “outside general counsel” to a number of clients, providing guidance on commercial contracts, corporate governance, and general risk management.
