Rich Carroll leads the CFO Advisory Practice for Maximus Partners. He is an accomplished CFO and has partnered with CEOs & business leaders to accelerate growth and drive transformation across private equity backed, private and public companies, in varying industries, and with companies ranging from 30 to 20,000 employees. Rich has proven to be a unique strategist who can seamlessly execute across all aspects of the business from back-office to go-to market functions, leveraging his intimate understanding of deploying resources, implementing scalable processes and deploying technology to solve the ever changing challenges companies face. Prior to Maximus Partners, Rich was the CFO of ParetoHealth. As CFO, Rich was the first executive hired after Great Hill Partner’s investment in 2019 and guided the firm through a period of rapid organic growth, building out the back-office functions and leading the company to a successful recapitalization with Warburg Pincus in 2023.
