ABOUT KATHY
Kathy Scherbarth is an experienced executive, coach, mentor, and change agent with a proven track record for aligning people with resources to drive success in manufacturing, engineering, and sales. Drawing on her successful career and passion for building highly engaged teams, she offers hands-on coaching that helps develop leaders and grow small businesses. Before launching her own firm in 2014, Kathy served as Vice President of Operations, Aftermarket, Commercial, and Service Sales for STRATTEC Security Corporation and as Chief Marketing and Development Officer for GPS Education Partners. Throughout her career in the automotive industry, she held key roles at General Motors (Delphi- AC Rochester) and SSI Industries. Kathy’s extensive experience in manufacturing and operations spans nearly every aspect of business. In addition to her industry roles, Kathy has taught courses on Lean, Supply Chain, and Organizational Development at Waukesha County Technical. She is actively involved in nonprofit work, having served on multiple boards, including STEM Forward. She also contributes to Marquette University as a member of the Dean of the College of Engineering Thought Leaders Council.
