Julie Collins is the Owner & Coach of KnotMagic, a business growth firm that provides strategic services around business planning, marketing and sales, talent branding and executive coaching for manufacturers and technology providers in Wisconsin and nationwide. Julie has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, in various leadership roles throughout the organization such as HR, quality, and training to sales and marketing. During that time, Julie had the opportunity to establish and grow a new medical device division within a large contract manufacturer to $6 million in 5 years which gave her insights and learnings into systematic and sustainable growth. She’s been fortunate enough to work for businesses on the cutting edge of cultural change. With these set of experiences and a desire to help leaders that were passionate about scaling their businesses engaging their teams, Julie founded KnotMagic.
