Specializing in tax advantageous transaction and general business strategies, Andy has successfully consulted businesses through a variety of transactions, transitions, best practices implementations, and other general business matters. Andy holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Vincent college, earned his Masters of Taxation from Villanova University School of Law, and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Andy resides in Canonsburg, PA with his wife and two sons. When he is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
