Andy Bianco, Shareholder at Holsinger and a Managing Director at Strategic Advisors, has over a decade of experience in the areas of tax, accounting, auditing, forensic accounting, mergers and acquisitions and general business consulting services. Andy has served both domestic and international clients in a broad range of industries during his career. His experience ranges from the accounting profession to providing merger and acquisition advisory services, buy-side and sell-side due diligence and consulting services, and general business consulting services. He consistently proves value through quality service, attention to detail, and unique perspective. As an advocate for his clients, Andy efficiently and effectively supports his clients in any capacity, from the nuances of day-to-day financial and operational matters to their most meaningful transactions. Specializing in tax advantageous transaction and general business strategies, Andy has successfully consulted businesses through a variety of transactions, transitions, best practices implementations, and other general business matters. Andy holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Vincent college, earned his Masters of Taxation from Villanova University School of Law, and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Andy resides in Canonsburg, PA with his wife and two sons. When he is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
