Matt is a partner with Wilson Ivanova Certified Public Accountants, Inc., APAC, located in San Bernardino, CA. Since starting his career in 1995, his focus has primarily been serving privately held companies and has extensive experience providing accounting and consulting services to the manufacturing and construction industries, including the selection and implementation of accounting software, set-up of internal controls, and employee training. Matt is an integral part of his clients’ strategic team; he works closely with the owners of businesses to assist with growth and tax planning, profitability analysis, and succession planning. Matt has been a speaker for various organizations and is active with the AICPA as a committee member and speaker at the annual Practitioners Symposium, working with and training CPA’s from across the United States and Canada. Matt is Past President of the Inland Empire chapter of CalCPA, member of the CalCPA Accounting Practices and Accounting Services committee, past chair of the Accounting Advisory board at California State University San Bernardino and a member of the California State University Deans Advisory Board. Matt also serves as a part time professor for California State University San Bernardino teaching auditing and financial reporting in the undergraduate and graduate programs.
