Gary P. Stache is the Vice Chairman of CBRE Capital Markets, Investment Properties, based in Newport Beach, California. With over 40 years of experience in investment sales, he co-heads a team specializing in 1031 Exchange properties across multiple states. A 40-time Top 10 producer in his office, Gary has been recognized with the prestigious CBRE Lifetime Achievement Award for his significant contributions to the real estate industry. He has overseen over 336 investment transactions valued at more than $5.1 billion in the past three years alone. Prior to CBRE, Gary spent 3.5 years at IBM, where he excelled as a Marketing Representative and manager.
