Chris Martin is a Senior Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets, Investment Properties, based in Newport Beach, California. Chris co-heads CBRE’s Buyer Advisory Services Group which represents 1031 exchange buyers in acquiring retail, industrial, multi-family and office replacement properties across the United States. The team is widely considered to be one of the premier investment sales brokerage teams in the country. Since 2018, the team has been involved in over $3 Billion of investment transactions and has consistently ranked in the top 5 teams nationally out of 92 teams over the last 15 years. Prior to joining CBRE, Chris attended the University of Arizona where he graduated with a degree in Finance from the Eller School of management.
