Growing up in Wichita, Justin Baxter watched his father, Don, build Baxter & Associates from the ground up. After attending Wichita State and graduating from Kansas University, Justin moved to San Diego, CA, where he spent nearly a decade cultivating a successful career in technical sales as a Sales Manager in the software industry.
In 2014, Justin embraced a new challenge by joining the Baxter & Associates team. Since then, he has leveraged his leadership and problem-solving skills to enhance the firm’s operations and client services. Now, as a co-owner in the business, he continues to lead and inspire the team.
Justin holds his Series 7, Series 66, and Life & Health Insurance licenses. He is also an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®). His expertise extends to Medicare planning, where he has helped numerous clients confidently navigate this important life stage.
As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, Justin takes pride in helping clients transition into their next chapter while preserving the legacy they’ve worked hard to build.
