GROWTH & IMPACT WEEK SPEAKER LINEUP
The speakers at Growth and Impact Week are award-winning advisors, operators, and thought leaders who don’t just understand growth and impact, they execute it. Each speaker has been selected for their ability to translate methodology into real-world implementation, sharing how they’ve built in-demand practices through intentional, ROI-driven relationships with business owners. Expect candid perspectives, practical frameworks, and honest discussion around what works in today’s market, from client selection and trust-building to accountability, culture, and value creation. This is not a stage of theorists; it’s a room of practitioners committed to helping you apply what you learn and accelerate results in your firm.

ABOUT RYAN
I have been working alongside business owners, and affluent families since 2012. I understand the complex challenges and opportunities affluent investors face and am dedicated to developing financial strategies to help meet their unique needs.
I serve clients during personal and professional transitions — such as a business sale, job transition, retirement and inheritance — and have the experience and resources to guide them through these events while helping them build a strong foundation for the future.
As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), I am equipped with the training, skills, and tools needed to strengthen relationships with business owners and serve as their most trusted advisor. Through the knowledge learned in the credentialing program, I can holistically plan for an owner’s life outside of their business while successfully building significant value in their organization prior to their exit. Not only do I help business owners effectively transition your business, but I also advise you on personal and personal financial matters.
In addition, I also currently hold the CRPC® (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor®) designation, which is a registered mark of the College for Financial Planning. Individuals who hold the CRPC® designation have completed a course of study encompassing pre-and post-retirement needs, asset management, estate planning and the entire retirement planning process using models and techniques from real client situations. CRPC® (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor®) designation conferred by the College for Financial Planning.
Philanthropic work has always been a passion of mine. I am a former Associate Board member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver and continue to volunteer on behalf of Junior Achievement Colorado teaching financial literacy throughout the Denver Metro area.
