Angela Golden is a seasoned dental industry executive and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) with over 30 years of expertise in practice management, strategic growth, operational efficiency, and business transitions. As a Business Advisor at Productive Dentist Academy since 2023, she specializes in guiding dental practices toward enhanced profitability, streamlined operations, and sustainable success. Leveraging her CEPA certification from the Exit Planning Institute (2024), Angela delivers tailored exit planning strategies that maximize practice valuations and ensure seamless ownership transitions.
Previously, as President and Owner of Golden Opportunities Dental Consulting (2005–2022), she executed high-impact initiatives to drive profitability and excellence across dental practices and DSOs, directing teams to exceed revenue goals, optimize cash flow, and maintain rigorous compliance. As CEO and Co-Owner of Passport Dental Services (2019–2022), she led comprehensive operations, including sales, financial oversight, market expansion, and HR, while building strategic partnerships to fuel growth.
Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the College of Southern Nevada (2012) and an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from the American Institute of Health Technology (2003). She is a Registered Dental Hygienist (Idaho) and an active member of the Speaking Consulting Network, American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM), and American Dental Hygienists' Association (ADHA).
