As a CPA, a CFP, a lawyer and a FINRA Series 7, 66 and 79 license holder who has an MBA and an LL.M. in Taxation, Mark helps business owners determine whether an ESOP is the appropriate vehicle for them. If it is, He assists them in structuring the transaction, implementing the ESOP and obtaining financing for ESOP transactions. Mark concentrates his practice in a number of areas of finance and tax law, with an emphasis on Employee Stock Ownership Plans. He has experience in dealing with the international and domestic tax treatment of corporate restructuring, spin-offs, dispositions and acquisitions, financial products and tax controversies.
