Grant has worked in public accounting with Moss Adams since 2018. He focuses on providing income tax planning, federal and state and local tax compliance, and other tax-related services for flow-through entities, such as S Corporations, LLCs, and Partnerships.
His clients include general contractors, resort and hospitality businesses, and real estate development entities. Grant demonstrates proficient experience in asset and depreciation analysis, cost segregations, stock basis and transaction planning and his practice includes an emphasis in helping clients navigate the tax complexities associated with business sales involving Employee Stock Ownership Plans.
