Prior to joining F12.net in late 2021, Michael was the CEO of My Blue Umbrella, an MSP he founded in 1996, which helped businesses become more productive and profitable by harnessing technology's power and potential through digital transformation and automation.
Throughout his career, Michael has engaged in multiple ventures, flexing his entrepreneurial turn of mind with a wide range of projects including IT solutions, real estate, and pharmacy retail with current multiple business ownerships in each of those verticals.
Past National Board member for over 5 years at Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Canada. Michael as well developed and leads a Charity “Do Amazing Things” supporting new mothers in need. Their mission is to Do AMAZING Things period. Do Amazing Things provides help and education to families who are willing to work hard to further their future and family.
