The firm provides consultation and training services for business owners and their advisory teams. It will specialize in maximizing the relationship between an operating business and the real estate a business occupies. Our goal is to become a part of a business owners’ advisory team and to positively impact the attractiveness, readiness, and transactional flexibility of a business. If the business is in growth mode, maintenance/stable, or considering an exit, the advisory team effort will maximize the support and benefits the business receives from the commercial real estate on which it operates. If the business owner also owns the real estate, we will recognize the ownership of the commercial real estate as a distinct asset separate from the business. The real estate asset can be valued, maximized, and utilized as a major component of an owner’s net worth.
