ABOUT RYAN
Ryan McCaslin, CPA, CIA, CEPA, is a Transaction Advisory Services Partner and leads the Financial Due Diligence practice for EHTC based in Grand Rapid, Michigan. His responsibilities include originating and executing mergers and acquisition projects for private equity, strategic buyers, and debt providers. Ryan also leads sell side due diligence projects assisting investment banks when taking companies to market. Ryan collaborates the EHTC advisory team to create a full suite of services for mergers & acquisitions to further enhance the dedicated service provided to EHTC clients.
A 2003 graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Master of Accounting Science, Ryan has more than 20 years of professional experience providing accounting, consulting, assurance, and advisory services to middle market clients.
At EHTC, Ryan’s specialty is financial due diligence consulting, preparing Quality of Earnings reports for private equity firms and strategic acquirers, and working with investment banks to take companies to market.
His transaction experience spans numerous industries including manufacturing and distribution, food processing and equipment, restaurants, retail, business services, software and technology, and construction. Ryan has led buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects for both corporate and private equity clients for mergers and acquisitions deals ranging in size from $5 million to $1 billion.
