As the president of Exit Factor of SLC & Utah County, I offer a proven method that helps small to mid-size business owners maximize their company's value. With over eight years of experience as a CEO and owner of a business brokerage and consulting firm, I have the skills and credentials to guide entrepreneurs through the process of buying, building, and selling their businesses. I am a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and a Real Estate Agent, with certifications in LEAN process improvement and franchise consulting.


I have always had a passion for small to medium sized business, especially in my roles as a risk management and financial professional. My background is in commercial financial services, with an in-depth understanding of business valuation and operations. My mission is to empower entrepreneurs in developing the key strategies to grow and then exit their business.


With my experience in corporate financial services, I help our clients navigate the financing process, and I have a broad understanding of various business disciplines. My professional strengths include my ability to empathize with the unique needs and challenges of small and medium sized business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs.
